Shipping policy

Our process time once an order is placed is 1-2 business days. Any order placed after 3pm EST on Friday or during the weekend or a National Holiday will ship in the order received the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 8-14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. In the unlikely circumstance you did not receive a confirmation email, please let us know at hello@mushmore.co and someone from our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with your carrier and tracking information. 

If your order says delivered, but did not arrive, please first check your order confirmation to ensure the address provided was correct. If that is correct, please ensure it was not left in the wrong mailbox or with your neighbors. When all options are exhausted, we will open a case with USPS or UPS for mail theft. Claims can take up to 5 business days. Once case is complete, we will send out a replacement order.

Mush More Co is not responsible for customers entering a wrong shipping address when placing an order. If the wrong shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
